Using our Data & AI Strategy Framework, we facilitate structured sessions that convert business ambitions into concrete next steps, ensuring alignment, momentum, and immediate clarity on where to begin.

Who should participate in the Strategy Sprint?
Your future data & AI leaders. Typically 6-12 people including executives, business leaders, project managers, data & AI specialists and relevant functional heads (IT, operations, finance). The right mix ensures both strategic alignment and practical grounding.
What preparation is required before the workshop?
Minimal. We’ll schedule a 60-minute preparation meeting to understand your business context, discuss specific challenges, and tailor the workshop format. We handle the framework and facilitation, you bring knowledge of your business and the authority to make decisions.
Can the sprint be done remotely?
Yes. We offer both on-site and online formats. For remote sessions, we typically split the six hours across multiple focused sessions (e.g., three 2-hour blocks) to maintain energy and engagement.
What if we’re just starting our Data & AI journey?
Perfect! That’s exactly when the Sprint adds value. You don’t need existing initiatives or technical expertise. We help you start with business value and work backward to Data & AI opportunities.
What happens after the workshop?
Within one week, we host a reporting presentation consolidating all decisions, outputs, and recommended next steps. This becomes your working document to socialize with broader teams and begin execution.
Is the €2,500 investment fixed or does it vary?
€2,500 (excl. VAT) is the list price. Final investment depends on factors like remote vs. on-site delivery and specific deliverables agreed. We’ll provide a clear quote after our initial discussion.
How it this different from typical strategy consulting?
We facilitate your team making decisions together rather than developing recommendations in isolation. You own the strategy from day one because you created it. Plus, we’re independent, no hidden technology sales or implementation bias.
