No, and that’s intentional. We provide strategic guidance and fractional leadership, but we don’t implement. Plan engagements typically run 4-8 weeks and are workshop-based, resulting in an executable strategy and roadmap.
Guide engagements typically run 6-18 months with fractional leadership (2-3 days per week), providing ongoing strategic direction and execution oversight.

How does billing work?
Our standard model is time and material: we invoice monthly for actual hours worked at agreed-upon rates. No surprises, no hidden fees. For some Plan engagements, we offer fixed-price project options.
Do you work on-site, remote, or hybrid?
We believe in hybrid working: combining the focus of remote collaboration with the power of in-person sessions when they add value. At the start of each engagement, we align on the best working model for your team and objectives.
Where are you located, and do you work internationally?
We’re based near Brussels, Belgium, but work with clients globally. Whether you need on-site support or remote collaboration, we adapt to your location and preferences. Both short missions and longer international engagements are possible.
