About
Sievax helps organizations unlock real business value from Data & AI. We’ve seen too many promising projects stall because they focused on tools, not outcomes. Strategies lived in slides, adoption lagged, and impact remained unclear.
Jan Meskens founded Sievax, after more than a decade in the field, to do things differently. With one guiding principle: independent guidance delivers real impact.

Who We Are
Sievax was founded with a simple but powerful belief: organizations should pursue Data & AI because it creates business value, not because it’s trending. Too many transformations are driven by hype, shaped by vendors with implementation interests, and executed without a clear connection to business outcomes. We exist to change that.
Sievax, an acronym for Strategy for Analytics, provides independent advisory and training services that bridge the gap between Data & AI ambition and real business impact. We guide organizations through transformation with unbiased strategic guidance, ensuring every investment delivers value rather than just technical output.
Who We Help
We work with organizations of all sizes and sectors, from startups and SMEs to large enterprises, government agencies, and non-profits. What our clients share is not a specific size or industry, but a common challenge: they want Data & AI to deliver real business value and need independent guidance to make that happen.
We believe in the power of cross-pollination. By working across sectors and organizational contexts, we bring fresh perspectives and creative thinking to every engagement, helping clients benefit from insights and lessons learned far beyond their own industry.
Why Independent Guidance Matters
Most consulting firms advise and implement. This can create an inherent conflict of interest: recommendations are influenced, consciously or not, by what generates the most project revenue, not what’s best for your organization.
Sievax is different. We don’t implement, but we follow implementations by partners closely: observing what works, what doesn’t, and why. This gives us something most advisors lack: a continuously updated, real-world view of what actually drives successful Data & AI transformations versus what looks good on paper.
This means our guidance is shaped by practice, not theory. When we recommend an approach, a partner, or a technology direction, it’s grounded in direct experience of seeing similar decisions play out in real organizations, without the bias of having a financial stake in the outcome.
This independence isn’t just a business model. It’s a core value.

Our Values
Independence First
We never implement what we advise, but we follow implementations closely, observing what works, what doesn’t, and why. This keeps our guidance grounded in real-world practice while ensuring our recommendations always serve your interests, not ours.
Value over Hype
Every engagement is anchored in business outcomes. Technology choices follow value, not trends.
Capability Transfer
We don’t create dependency. Every engagement builds your internal strength so you can sustain progress without us.
Honest Partnership
We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. Real impact requires real conversations.
Cross-sector Thinking
We bring insights from diverse industries and contexts, challenging assumptions and unlocking creative solutions.
